Malaysia is located between lattitudes 1 and 7 in the
northern hemisphere and longitudes 100 and 104. It is
bordered by Thailand in the north and Singapore in the
south and is separated from Indonesia by the Straits of
Melaka in the West and from East Malaysia by the South
